I research and select my ingredients throughout New York State, New Jersey and Pennsylvania Farms to ensure a real "Farm to Table" experience to my guests.

Chef Pasquale was outstanding from beginning to end. The proposed menu he sent over had so many delicious, inventive ideas and he was really happy to be flexible to accommodate one pregnant vegan in my group. He seemed very passionate about produce and excitedly suggested a number of in season vegetable dishes for her. His response time was very quick and he was very attentive (asking if I needed napkins, plates, cookware, ice etc etc.) He was very punctual, he told me he'd arrived at 5pm but was there at 4:50pm. We threw a few unexpected curveballs his way - I did not know that my venue was a 5th floor walkup. On top of that, the oven was broken. Chef never complained and delivered a wonderful evening. One of my attendees even asked for his contact information to use for future events.”
